Christmas 2024 I built a handful of these hardwired and I loved this circuit so much I had to put it into a standard Thorpy enclosure.
What is EAO? EAO stands for Explodes All at Once, in short it's one of my favourite germanium circuits ever, the venerable Burns Buzzaround. It doesn't clean up, it's not subtle, it has a savagery far ahead of its time. they are instant plug in and grin pedals.
With germanium PNP transistors, a germanium diode and a transformer, it sounds old, it sounds great.
These will eventually be released mainstream but you special bunch are being offered them first. The numbers will be limited long term to a couple hundred so depending on how many of you order these, depends whether they actually make it mainstream or not!
There's around a 4 week lead time on these as we've got a lot of stuff going on at the moment (ahem Lovetone) so please be patient with us!
