2025 CHRISTMAS PROJECT -SUPERSCUZZ

First off, Merry Christmas one and all.

its become a bit of a tradition for me to build something special for myself over Christmas. In the past I've built handwired amps, handwired fuzzes, guitars, even the Oldtimer began as a Christmas project, 2024 was a batch of lime green EAO's 

Why do I do this? Well it sort of grounds me and puts me back to the place of joy that was the beginning of ThorpyFx, the reason I started the company in the first place, to make the best, most awesome pedals I can.

This years project is SUPERSCUZZ.

What is SUPERSCUZZ? in short its a cool take on the venerated and rare Supafuzz fuzz that was released under the Marshall Brand in the 1960's. Obviously this one is HOT pink and a totally different visual experience, but sonically its cool as hell and ready to deliver 3x Germanium transistors worth of filth.

I've built them to look modern but sound OLD. The enclosures are reproductions of the classic SUPAFUZZ CAST enclosures with a hot pink powdercoat finish. The internals are built using old school Vero board construction with a paisley twist,  using NOS germanium PNP transistors, Panasonic and Vishay Caps These are battery only pedals, so must be disconnected to stop the battery draining when not in use

The first one is built fully, the next four are at the  75% stage (just need the internals wiring together). These will be built on a first come first served basis. please allow 4 weeks prior to shipping. There are only going to be 5 of these total with 4 being made available here.
