The FALLOUT CLOUD is inspired by the famous 4 transistor silicon fuzz circuits from the 70s. I have long held a fascination for these circuits, the feel, touch responsiveness and violin like sustain are addictive as is the fact that all variants seem to have their own character. The Muff style fuzz very much became a “pokemon” situation for me, “gotta catch them all” that is until I tried a particularly incredible triangle big muff I had in for repair.

Initially it was rubbish (as it was broken), but once fixed it let out this astonishing wall of sound that just blew me away. The issue I found though was that other versions of this type of circuit varied and not all were as inspiring.

So we created the FALLOUT CLOUD to capture the magic of this
particular pedal and then offer so much more besides.

Volume allows the pedal to go from subtle to maximum output in a
controlled manner, you the guitarist are in charge. The same can be said of gain control, fully functional throughout the range of its travel it can be smooth and almost overdrive like through to massive and fuzzed out.

The secret sauce though is a particular type of active +/-6dB BAXANDALL EQ and recovery stage that enable the fuzz tobreath and match your rig. The ability to craft a fuzz pedal to sound how you like is what the FALLOUT CLOUD is about. Whilst its start point was emulation, the end design is so much more and we are proud to say it’s an award winning pedal.

TLDR: So why am I telling you all of this about the FALLOUT CLOUD? Because it's the Fuzz for fuzz lovers and people new to the type alike. Its immediately grin inducing and whats more its easily accessible for pretty much every guitar and bass player to get to grips with.
